Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through Shauna O'boyle Art, showcasing artwork by Shauna O'Boyle.

Production Lead Times

All artwork is produced to order. Production times vary depending on the finish selected:

Standard prints
Dispatched within 4 working days
Embellished prints
Please allow an additional 3 working days on top of standard print production
Framed artwork
Framing adds up to 10 working days in addition to the applicable print production time above

Production times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to factors outside our control.

Estimated Delivery Times (After Dispatch)

Once your order has been produced and dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

United Kingdom: 3–4 working days
European Union: 7–12 working days
Rest of World: 10–12 working days

These delivery times are guidelines only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are outside our control and may be affected by courier networks, customs processing, local postal services or other external factors.

Dispatch & Delivery

Estimated delivery times apply from the date of dispatch, not from the date the order is placed.

Delivery estimates do not include production time.

Duties, Taxes & Customs Charges

For certain destinations, duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout where applicable to help facilitate smoother customs clearance and reduce the likelihood of delays or unexpected charges on delivery.

United States:
Duties are calculated and collected at checkout where applicable.
European Union:
VAT and applicable taxes are calculated and collected at checkout.

Collecting these charges in advance helps minimise customs delays, failed deliveries and additional charges on arrival. However, customs authorities may still carry out inspections or apply charges outside our control.

Any additional duties, taxes or fees imposed by local authorities remain the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Delays

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

Courier or postal services
Customs clearance or border controls
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
Events outside our reasonable control, including weather disruption or industrial action

Risk & Title

Ownership and risk of loss pass to you once your order has been dispatched and handed to the delivery carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or losses resulting from incorrect delivery details.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs checks and local import regulations. While we take steps to support smooth delivery, customs processing times and requirements vary by country and are outside our control.
